Participants must currently be in grades 9 to 12.
Vamonos Outside is host to Aguas Frescas Water Week. This is a day camp taking place over 4 days in August. The goal of this camp is to give youth opportunities to explore water based outdoor activities in Bend and to expose them to careers in the local water sports industry. Each day will consist of different activities like: Tubing, rafting, biking next to the river trail, and a picnic to end the camp. For more details of each day, there is more information below. Students will be given a free water bottle, t-shirt, and be provided with lunch each day. We will be based out of Riverbend Park and provide transportation for youth to other locations. Our camp will be open to 12 youth in high school. ----------- Vamonos Afuera acoge la Semana de Aguas Frescas. Este es un campamento diurno que se lleva a cabo durante 4 días en agosto. El objetivo de este campamento es brindar a los jóvenes oportunidades para explorar actividades acuáticas al aire libre en Bend y exponerlos a carreras en la industria local de deportes acuáticos. Cada día constará de diferentes actividades como: tubing, rafting, ciclismo junto al sendero del río y una carne asada para finalizar el campamento. Para más detalles de cada día, hay más información a continuación. Los estudiantes recibirán una botella de agua gratis, una camiseta y almuerzo todos los días. Estaremos ubicados en Riverbend Park y proporcionaremos transporte para jóvenes a otros lugares. Nuestro campamento estará abierto a 12 jóvenes de la preparatoria.
